The power vibration damper for fastener production consists of a certain quality of heavy hammer, high elasticity, and high-strength zinc steel strand and clamps. On high-voltage overhead lines, a small hammer is often hung on the conductors near the insulator on both sides; this small hammer is called a vibration damper, which is designed to reduce the vibration of the conductor caused by wind pulling it. High-voltage overhead line poles are relatively high, and the span is large. When the conductor is subjected to wind force, it will vibrate. When the conductor vibrates, the working conditions at the suspension point of the conductor are unfavorable. Due to repeated vibrations, the conductor may suffer fatigue damage due to periodic bending. When the span of the overhead line exceeds 120 meters, vibration dampers are generally used to prevent vibration.
