High mechanical strength: The internal epoxy glass pull rod has a tensile and bending strength that is 2 times higher than ordinary steel, and 8 to 10 times that of high-strength ceramic materials, effectively withstanding mechanical stress in the line.
Good pollution resistance: The silicone rubber skirt has excellent hydrophobicity and mobility, allowing the insulator to operate safely in heavily polluted areas without the need for cleaning.
Lightweight and compact: Compared to porcelain insulators of the same voltage level, composite suspension insulators are lighter and smaller, making them easier to transport and install.
Good sealing performance: The skirt material is resistant to leakage tracking up to TMA4.5 level, with good aging resistance, corrosion resistance, and low-temperature performance, suitable for -40℃ to -50℃ regions.
Good impact resistance and shockproof performance: It has excellent anti-brittleness and creep resistance, is not easily broken, has high bending and torsion strength, can withstand internal pressure, and has strong explosion-proof capability.
